Good Saturday morning. I have another project to share with you today using images of all one color to mimic the images of a pretty piece of designer paper. This is very similar to my All White Images project that I made for the CLASSroom this week. I recently received the Anja’s Flowers set and couldn’t wait to use it. I thought it would be perfect to frame the Large Bird on Branch images but still allow the pretty blue paper from the Botanical Tea pad to be seen.
I created a frame using the Nesting Squares and attached the flowers and scalloped borders to the back of it with ATG adhesive. I applied thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the card base.
I cut two sections of the bird and branch, cut one of the birds off and attached it with rolled glue dots over top of the other bird. I tucked the branch under the frame and attached with glossy accents. I anchored the bird in place with a piece of mounting tape. I cut pieces of the second branch and attached around the bird with glossy accents to to create a fuller branch. I love the pattern on the paper.
Thank you for coming by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Card size: 5.25” Square
Very pretty. Like the shades of blue with the white on top. Edna
Good Morning, Kittie. Beautiful display of white and blue. I love these colors together. I like the background print, and the flowers for the edging. The bird brings you into the creation. I love the whole concept. Beautiful. Both this one and the classroom, are inspiring…..have a good week-end….LOL
Very pretty….love the border….will add to my wish list. Happy Saturday.
I love how the background paper echoes the die cut bird image. Lovely job. I pinned this to my “Kitty” board
This is beautiful Kittie.
This is so pretty and classy Kittie. Love that dp and how you used it to inspire you.
Pretty. Love the addition of the top border and the addition of the flower border. It really looks pretty against the background paper and the white cardstock.

So pretty with that blue paper behind all the delicate die cuts.
