Christmas Tree Peace

Good Sunday morning. I have a fast and easy holiday card to share with you today made using the Impression Obsession Peace Frame, Snowfall, Sun and Moon and Rectangle 6-in-1 Frames.  The designer paper is from the Penny Black Festive and Frosty pad.I love the snowfall background and think it is perfect to use with the trees and peace die cut sentiment.  It makes such a nice impression on the card front and yet is really easy to put together.  These dies would be easy to use to mass produce your holiday cards.

The Peace Frame actually cuts out a square frame opening but I wanted to create a rectangle frame so I could show off more of the designer paper.  I cut both the peace frame and 6-in-1 frame out in red.   I hand cut a ground snow layer and attached it to the back of the outer frame with double stick tape.  I trimmed off the outer edges of the peace frame and attached it to the back of the front frame with double stick tape. I applied thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached the trimmed snowfall piece.  I applied double stick tape to the back of the snowfall piece and attached it to the card base.

I attached the front tree to the card base with a double section of mounting tape.  The smaller trees were attached behind the ground snow and were attached with mounting tape.  I finished by applying the tiny star on the front tree with glossy accents.  Fun, fast and easy.
